In the past, the company had focused on offline activities such as trade shows and exhibitions; management felt that they had a good understanding of existing markets and customers.


Finding new business however, presented more of a challenge. Looking to reach new markets and potential customers, the team at Hi5 decided to invest in a web marketing strategy.

A new e-commerce website was designed and built by The Artlab, helping Hi5 communicate a more professional, credible brand and offering a sales facility online.


This project was followed by an organic search engine optimisation strategy and new, regular content delivered via a blog.

With The Artlab, Hi5 Electronics are now using a wider range of digital channels to drive enquiries and sales, including online PR, social media, PPC and email marketing.
