As well as overseeing all client projects, Rick is a digital marketing consultant with the Manufacturing Advisory Service and Business Growth Service, with more than 15 years of experience in all things marketing. Rick works very closely with clients, but he doesn’t wear £1,000 suits or play golf (very well). Before getting into digital agencies, Rick worked in the music industry… and still has the scars to prove it.

Ross is a copywriter who knows most of the words in the dictionary and has even invented shedral of his own. He’s an NCTJ-trained journalist and knows what it takes to get your business in front of editors and customers.
Designer & Front End Developer – Wayne Blake
Wayne is an experienced designer and front end developer, with particular competencies in graphic design and e-commerce. Wayne likes to work late on Thursday nights so he can soak up all the atmosphere of Old Trafford, without the shame of having to watch his team play in the Europa League.
Web Developer – Scott Rigby-McGurk
Scott is a one-man development army. He likes to stay up late working on new projects and reads up on the latest trends on his lunch break. Scott has had his head in computers since he was a boy and has built systems to track deliveries and launch out-of-the-box businesses.
International SEO Consultant – Ian Thompson
Ian has lived and worked in four different countries and understands the minutiae of web development and SEO across America, Europe and the Middle East. Originally from Canada, Ian loves ice hockey but hates maple syrup.
Digital Marketing Assistant – Jordan Lees
The newest member of The Artlab team, Jordan manages all of our social media accounts, helps out with SEO tasks and dabbles in some copywriting. An avid sports fan he spends his weekends watching rugby and football.
